Centrum Sound offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all standard products and accessories ordered through the shopping cart unless, otherwise stated. This allows customers to evaluate the product at the intended place of use.
Products returned showing signs of use or improper handling may be subject to a restocking charge. To avoid restocking charges, all equipment must be returned in unused condition and in original boxes. Custom products and special orders based on customer request, may be non-refundable or subject to a re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges for other than UPS ground service are non-refundable. Equipment must be returned in original boxes and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. The RA number can be obtained by calling Centrum Sound at 408.736.6500 (PST) or e-mail sales@centrumsound.com.
