How To Order.
You can conveniently order many products via our secure online shopping cart. For products where no shopping cart is available, you may use our Custom Order and Secure Credit Card Submit Page. Orders are also accepted via e-mail, fax, phone or regular mail. To place an order simply send an email with part # and/or item description, name/address and payment information to:

Terms.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. No charges will be made to a credit card until the merchandise is actually shipped (does not apply to custom orders). Purchase orders with terms net 30 are accepted from Federal, State and Local governments. Past due accounts may be assessed a minimum finance charge of $5 or 2% per month which ever is greater.

Shipping.
Orders for stock items are usually shipped within one business day. All merchandise shipped from Centrum Sound is shipped via ground service unless otherwise requested by customer. Non-stock items may be drop-shipped directly from manufacturer. For international orders click here.

Money-Back Guarantee.
Centrum Sound offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all standard products and accessories ordered through the shopping cart unless, otherwise stated. This allows customers to evaluate the product at the intended place of use. Shipping charges for other than UPS ground service are non-refundable. Custom products and special orders based on customer request, may be non-refundable or subject to a re-stocking fee as shall be stated on official quotation. Products returned showing signs of use or improper handling may be subject to a restocking charge. To avoid restocking charges, all equipment must be returned in unused condition and in original boxes. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. The RA number can be obtained by calling Centrum Sound at 408.736.6500 (PST) or via email to sales@centrumsound.com.

Product Warranty.
All products are covered by original Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. All repair service except Phonic Ear A/S (Oticon Denmark) is handled by original manufacturer. Phonic Ear A/S (Oticon Denmark) products are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of sale to consumer. During this period Centrum Sound agrees to repair or, at our option, replace any defective unit without charge for parts or labor. This warranty does not cover peripheral accessories such as cords, loops, microphones, earphones, batteries, battery adapters, patch cords, connectors or plugs. Accessories are warranted to be free from defect upon arrival to the customer. Defects must be reported within ten days from delivery in order to qualify for replacement.
