Non-US customers should send a request for quotation as restrictions set forth by manufacturers and/or limitations of radio broadcast frequencies may apply. Payment Terms and Conditions
Purchase orders with terms Net 30 are accepted from all US Educational institutions, Federal, State and Local Government Facilities. Credit card payment is accepted for orders placed by phone or through our shopping cart. No charges will be made to a credit card until the merchandise is ready to ship (does not apply to custom orders). Pay Pal payment is accepted through shopping cart or via e-mail. US Military may order through DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting Service) with payment through iRAPT (formerly WAWF). Past due accounts may be assessed a minimum finance charge of $5 or 2% per month whichever is greater. |

Product Warranty
Products sold by Centrum Sound are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This information is available in the "About" section for each specific product. In order not to void the original warranty, all repair work must be performed by the original manufacturer. A return authorization must be obtained from the manufacturer prior to return. Shipping and Tracking - Domestic Orders
Most orders are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer using their respective carriers. Processing time varies between vendors. Custom packages may take a day or two longer to process. A copy of the invoice showing tracking information is e-mailed upon completion of order. Tracking information will be updated once it is available to us. We offer free ground shipping for orders of $150 or more to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For orders less than $150, a minimum shipping charge of $25 may apply. |

Shipping and Tracking - International Orders
Centrum Sound accepts orders from all US territories and military bases abroad. International orders including APO AE destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested. Products weighing over 70 lbs. cannot be shipped via USPS. A quote with shipping costs and/or options will be e-mailed for your approval. |

Money-Back Guarantee
Centrum Sound offers a 30-day moneyback guarantee on all standard products and accessories. Restrictions may apply to destinations outside the US. Custom orders and special orders are nonrefundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return is for the account of shipper. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. The RA number can be obtained by calling Centrum Sound at 530.768.1444 (PST) or via e-mail to sales@centrumsound.com. To avoid a restocking fee, all equipment, including all accessories, must be returned in original boxes including wrappers, product manuals and warranty certificates, etc. Products returned showing signs of use or improper handling are not acceptable and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise drop shipped from manufacturers must be returned to the manufacturer unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Such items are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection, to decide if a restocking fee may apply.
